Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds. For full priced items exchanges are approved on a case-by-case basis due to Covid 19. If your item was received damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your damaged item at info@qscloset.online with pictures for a replacement item that is of equal value.

Exchanges are approved on a case-by-case basis.

If you would like to inquire about an exchange it must be done within five days of customer receiving their merchandise, no exceptions.

If you would like to exchange your full priced purchased item, your new selection must be of equal or lesser value of your original purchase. 

Each exchange must be approved by Q’s Closet customer service. We are only able to offer what is available on the website. New arrivals released within the last 4 days are not available for exchanges. We do not offer refunds in place of exchanges.
